Common Shipping Questions
I just placed my order, when will I receive it?
- Orders take 1-3 business days to process/package
- shipping time depends on what you choose at checkout
- priority mail takes 2-3 days
- UPS ground takes 2-9 days
Common Return Questions
What items are returnable?
- Everything, excluding clearance, is returnable within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- Must be in original condition
- If purchased at inventory clearance prices, all sales are final, and no returns will be accepted.
How do I start a return?
- mail us your return with a note containing your order #, email, and name. You can download a return label by clicking here.
How are returns processed?
- Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment
- exchanges can be made for damaged items (we will cover the shipping)
- exchanges can also be made for items that do not fit properly (customer covers the shipping)
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
